When you apply for a position at CloudSpot, we may process in particular the following personal data:
Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
We process your personal data for the purpose of managing your application, assessing your suitability for the relevant position, communicating with you throughout the recruitment process and, where applicable, preparing an employment relationship.
The processing of personal data in connection with an application is generally carried out for the purpose of deciding on the establishment of an employment relationship in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR in conjunction with Section 26(1) of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
Where processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, processing may additionally be based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Access to Your Personal Data
Your personal data is only accessible to individuals who require access for the recruitment process. This may include members of our People Team, the relevant hiring managers, interviewers and other employees involved in evaluating your application.
Your personal data will not be used for purposes unrelated to your application unless there is a separate legal basis for doing so.
Storage and Deletion
We store your personal data for the duration of the recruitment process.
If your application is unsuccessful or you withdraw your application, your personal data will generally be deleted or anonymized no later than 180 days after the recruitment process has been concluded, unless continued storage is required or permitted by law.
Where data is anonymized, it can no longer be associated with you personally. Anonymous statistical information may continue to be used for recruiting analytics and reporting.
If you accept an offer of employment with CloudSpot, relevant data collected during the application process may be transferred to your employee record and processed for the purposes of the employment relationship in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

We use Personio to manage our recruitment and application processes.
Application data submitted through our career page is processed using the services of Personio SE & Co. KG, Seidlstraße 3, 80335 Munich, Germany.
Personio processes personal data on our behalf as a data processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Appropriate contractual arrangements governing the processing of personal data have been concluded with Personio.
