- Own the successful delivery of complex end-to-end Anaplan or Pigment engagements
- Lead discovery and scoping, shape delivery approaches, and provide reliable effort estimates
- Act as the primary contact for project sponsors and senior client stakeholders
- Coordinate multi-consultant projects and workstreams, including priorities, dependencies, risks, and timelines
- Manage critical project situations and escalations with clarity and sound judgement
- Ensure solution quality and guide teams through complex functional or technical challenges
- Develop consultants through feedback, coaching, and quality reviews
- Identify follow-on demand and contribute to commercial scoping, proposals, and pre-sales

Your mission
As CloudSpot continues to grow, we're looking for a Lead Consultant to take end-to-end responsibility for complex client engagements. You will lead project delivery, manage senior stakeholders and sponsors, develop consulting teams, and help turn planning needs across Finance, S&OP and Supply Chain, Workforce and HR, and Sales Planning into successful long-term partnerships.
Your profile
- University degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in enterprise planning consulting
- Deep expertise in Anaplan or Pigment and a strong record of delivering complex transformations in at least one planning area – Finance, Workforce, Supply Chain, or Sales; expertise across all areas is not required
- Ability to combine solution architecture, project leadership, and business consulting
- Experience leading multi-consultant teams and taking accountability for end-to-end delivery
- Confidence communicating with executive sponsors and handling challenging stakeholder situations
- Strong commercial awareness, coaching ability, clear decision-making, and excellent communication skills
- Fluent English required; German is a plus.
