- Lead scoping workshops for end-to-end implementations, advanced features, and complex enhancements
- Design scalable solution architectures, advanced calculations, and complex business logic
- Estimate delivery effort and translate business requirements into a clear implementation approach
- Build and review advanced backend and frontend solutions in Anaplan or Pigment
- Design complex integrations, dashboards, planning flows, and management reports
- Advise clients on best practices and challenge requirements where a better solution is available
- Lead projects with up to three consultants and take responsibility for delivery quality
- Assign and review user stories, track risks and timelines, and develop junior colleagues
- Identify follow-on opportunities while maintaining strong utilization and reliable delivery

Your mission
As CloudSpot continues to grow, we're looking for a Senior Consultant who combines strong solution architecture skills with confident client delivery. You will design complex solutions in Anaplan or Pigment, lead multi-consultant projects, and guide clients and colleagues through demanding planning challenges across Finance, S&OP and Supply Chain, Workforce and HR, and Sales Planning.
Your profile
- University degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in enterprise planning consulting
- Strong hands-on expertise in Anaplan or Pigment and a solution-architecture mindset
- Experience delivering complex end-to-end implementations in at least one planning area – Finance,
- Workforce, Supply Chain, or Sales; expertise across all areas is not required
- Ability to design scalable models, advanced business logic, and complex integrations
- Experience leading project teams and assuring delivery quality
- Confidence advising senior client stakeholders and facilitating complex workshops
- Fluent English required; German is a plus
