Consultant | Anaplan & Pigment (m/f/d)

Your mission

As CloudSpot continues to grow, we're looking for a Consultant who can independently turn business requirements into effective planning solutions. You will deliver client projects in Anaplan or Pigment, own smaller implementations and enhancements, and contribute actively to client success across Finance, S&OP and Supply Chain, Workforce and HR, and Sales Planning.
  • Deliver enterprise planning implementation and enhancement projects for international clients
  • Conduct scoping workshops and translate requirements into scalable solution designs
  • Build backend and frontend components in Anaplan or Pigment following best practices
  • Set up standard data and reporting integrations involving platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and Power BI
  • Design dashboards, planning flows, analytics, and management reports
  • Take responsibility for smaller or single-consultant projects, including backlog, timeline, and delivery
  • Lead project ceremonies, coordinate user stories, and support clients and junior colleagues
  • Identify additional client needs and communicate them clearly to senior colleagues

Your profile

  • University degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in enterprise planning consulting or a comparable field
  • Hands-on experience with Anaplan, Pigment, or a comparable enterprise planning platform
  • Ability to independently build and deliver standard planning solutions
  • Solid experience in at least one planning area – Finance, Workforce, Supply Chain, or Sales; expertise across all areas is not required
  • Confidence gathering requirements, facilitating meetings, and presenting practical solutions
  • Structured project delivery skills, analytical thinking, and a strong sense of ownership
  • Fluent English required; German is a plus.
